WHO
CSI CONSULTING is a Danish consultancy company based in Copenhagen. We are three partners: Flemming, Allan and Maria Cecilie as well as a number of attached consultants. We have a broad network of cooperation partners in the countries we operate in. Together we have more than 20 years of business experience in the global market.
WHAT
We provide advice to Danish businesses and organisations that wish to set up a business in developing countries and/or wish to boost trade with developing countries. We develop and carry through business operated CSR/CSI projects. We move the businesses, organisations and people we cooperate with. Our work has obtained national as well as international recognition.
CUSTOMERS
Over the years we have worked with both small and large enterprises in e.g. the hotel business, waste management businesses, the medical industry, the design industry, the tech industry, the plastics industry and the service sector. In other words, we "move" the businesses we work with. The process is often complex and requires many resources, and therefore we match the large businesses’ need for sparring and smaller businesses’ need for assistance.
FROM LOCAL TO GLOBAL
CSI CONSULTING is located on the island of Amager, 5 minutes from Bryggen and the inner Copenhagen harbour. We work globally for Danish businesses and organisations; primarily in developing countries and with our main focus on Africa. We know our customers and we know the local markets that we operate in. We have thorough knowledge of Danida’s private sector programs and assist businesses and organisations in different project phases.
